The process is simple:
1. Make an appointment online through the Jane App (search for “The Move Chiropractic”)
2. You will receive a call confirming your appointment.
3. Health and consent forms will be emailed to you for initial visits only. Please complete these forms prior to your first appointment.
4. Any additional information regarding the visit (parking, entry/gate codes, questions/concerns, etc) will be required for the provider.
5. Our team will be at the location provided at the time of your appointment.
